Delete your account

You can start and verify account deletion without contacting support.

Start deletion

Sign in to RnR, open You, choose Data controls, then choose Delete account. A recent Apple or Google reauthentication may be required.

What happens

RnR immediately hides the account and revokes its sessions. A background deletion job removes conversations, transcripts, memories, profile facts, imports, vectors, cached speech, notification tokens, and private objects. Encrypted backups age out under the documented recovery schedule.

Keep the receipt

Before sign-out, RnR saves a one-time opaque deletion receipt on your device. The signed-out status screen uses only that receipt to show the deletion scope, state, and timestamps. Support cannot reconstruct it from your email or provider identity.
